KIDNEY STONES
I’ve heard people say they’d rather have a tooth extracted without Novocaine or have twins. Ouch! Yes, they hurt. I seem to have inherited the tendency to create stones that gallop through my family (or should I say lay blocks in my family?). I have spent much time and effort, and some luck has come into the process of learning how to avoid kidney stones. Here’s what I have learned.
WATER – don’t drink mineral rich water especially the kind that contains iron and other minerals which are not usable by your body. Filter your water or use super minerals to purify your water. To order super minerals call Julie Collins 678 681 4140.
VITAMINS – avoid any that contain calcium sourced from chaulk – chaulk is like trying to get a 15’ diameter basketball in the front door, it doesn’t work. It will not go into your cells even if it’s chelated. Chelated means it’s attached to a plant molecule. Calcium has to be angstrom sized and chelated to be usable by your body. 80% of people just pee it out. 20% make stones out of it. If you are in the later category, research your vitamins carefully. Vibe liquid vitamins have worked for me. You have to order them 866 999 9191 share code 43566 might get you a discount.
SUPPLEMENTS: Jin Qian Cao, also known as Gold Coin Grass in liquid form, has stopped the pain of a kidney stopped for me in about 20 minutes. A lovely chiropractor recommended it. It works! I take it on my tongue as I don’t mind the taste. It also comes in pill form and powder form, which works faster than pills when melted in the mouth but not as fast as the liquid. Phosfood liquid from Standard Process is used to reduce hardening, including kidney stones. Stonebreaker is generally for gall stones, but some report it being helpful for kidney stones.
CASTOR OIL PACKS: There is a resurgence in popularity for castor oil use. Edgar Cayce recommended Castor Oil for many conditions. A recent book, Castor Oil Revival, KD Evans on Amazon, provides many recipies for Castor Oil. Recently Jackie Fullmer mentioned using Castor Oil to heal the gums. I was reticent but tried it. It worked and a good grade of Castor Oil doesn’t even taste bad. My favorite brand so far is Sky Organics. Evans describes the requirements for having the best type of Castor Oil in her book.
I do have questions for what these supplements do for your teeth, so I take them so they are quickly out of my mouth unless I’m suffering symptoms. I generally take them at least once a month as a preventive. Phosfood I take in water.
Hope that helps. Do your own research to determine which is for you. Muscle test to ask which one (if any) is most effective with the least side effects.
