Dining room seats 6. Pull down couch makes into bed. With effort the dining room can also convert to a bed.
Three burner Amana stove, Sharp convection/ microwave oven combo (we have never used the microwave), Norcold 7.5 Cubic foot refrigerator, great hot water heater, new water pump (a few months ago). Queen Bed, shower.

Currently In Apex, NC Asking $38,800 There is a partial 6.49% assumable loan (for qualified buyers). Current Issues:
-Windshield (Driver’s side) has bubbles from de-lamination. Replacement estimate $2,000.
-Kitchen drain needs to be repaired/replaced. Unknown estimate.
-one hydraulic jack need to be rebuilt (currently working with bungee chords). Estimate $1,000.

Smaller mattress is now in place (photos show deep high tech foam mattress which was actually too big for the space). Ample under bed storage, three large storage cabinets over the bed. If you like it the comforter conveys.

Extendable ladder collapses to a good storage size. Conveys with coach. The Falcon 2 hitch kit is a $1000+ value new. If you want it, we will include it. All you need is to get the receiver (bumper) part for your car (check to make sure it’s towable). Otherwise, we can sell it separately.

Collapsible ladder conveys, as does a battery charger, a few efficient electric space heaters and the hitch package (minus your bumper attachment). The coach is not new, of course, and a few things we haven’t been able to repair: awning brace connector hook piece we have not been able to find a replacement— we tape it and it works; the inside indicator for the black tank always reads full, so we have a regular schedule for dumping the tank. One of the cellular shades in the bedroom does not raise (we never use it). There is a partial 6.49% assumable loan (for qualified buyers). RV Specs below:
